Actually something has to be explicitly clarified as i see alot of uncair bad reviews! If you dont follow the proper installation and torque specs and get a alignment technician who has experience or understands that you need to go a little out of spec you will have a bad experience. I called Cognito Suspension regarding an issue I’m having with the upper control arms on my truck. I uploaded a PDF showing what the Alignment Spec’s are after the alignment and William confirmed that the alignment was not done correctly. So hopefully it will finally get resolved.
