I can’t speak to the facilities and my interactions with billing are minimal given everything goes through my insurance. What I can attest to is that working with Jasmine has provided me with the insight and tools I need to manage stressors in my life. She doesn’t give me a pass but instead challenges me to find the root cause of my issues and address them. Her approach matches my energy, I’m sticking with her as a good therapist can be hard to find!
Waste of time and money for the patient. Certainty not taking my husband back there. But it is profitable for them and if you fit the doctors current area of study you end up with a lot of biased unhelpful information. Plus you just paid them to be an unknown participant in a case study they are giddy about. Stay away.
I have found the scheduling staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable, and my therapist is the best I've seen yet!
Horrible owner I understand why they have such bad reviews now. **Update since the owner has responded and is acting like we’ve never been there. We dealt with Kristin beginning of August last year. Kristin was a sweet heart and was very helpful when we did have a problem she called you who I’m presuming is the owner. You refused to talk to us which I find funny now that you’d like to talk to us “so you can attempt to remedy” you had the opportunity to do that.
