This company continued to withdraw rental payments from our bank account for a building that they no longer manage. We assumed our pre-authorized payment plan with Cogir was terminated after the building was sold and a new rental management company was put in place. We were wrong. Be very careful. This company is predatory.
Promised newly renovated apartment and new appliances. Was lied to about that. Unit also had a massive cockroach infestation and the building was not yet approved for fumigation. Move in day was delayed due to issues on their end an extra month but was still charged full rent. Fighting to get rent back as we refused to take possession and ignoring our calls as well as the superintendents calls. Avoid this company.
