Jim Miller killed it with customer service!!!!! I had been dealing with Arlington Toyota the same day. I had called the sales guy 2x and my husband called 2x to get a quote on a new 2020 4Runner. After discovering Arlington was using shady sales tactics I called Jim at Coggin. As I was on the phone with Jim I sent him the 4Runner specs my husband built out on the Toyota website via text for a quote.
