Excellent service and they don’t waste your time on stuff you didn’t ask for. Would highly recommend Coggin Toyota. Tom Meehan was an exceptional salesman who helped me out and got me exactly what I was looking for within my price range.
Great and fast service. They have free massage chairs in the waiting room!!
First service on my new Tundra. Had a 1:20 appointment. Big sign at entrance to service department says, “have appointment for basic service, be out in 59 minutes or less. All they did was rotate tires and check fluids. I got my truck back in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Take the sign down if you are not going to meet the goal. Hope my second appointment for service is better.

After my 2nd negative service experience (in less than a year), I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! My 2018 Toyota Camry has 10K miles and had a recall last year. I took it to Coggin and had nothing but issues with a svc. advisor (Ashley Reynolds) no longer employed there. It took approximately 10 calls and finally a service manager to get that issue resolved.
