Very disappointed when I had my car there at 5 for a 1 hr service and when I got there at 6:30 to pick it up, I was told that they had run behind and had never got my car worked on, could I come back in the morning??? No phone call or text message to let me know where they were or what was happening. While they did make it right and did not charge me for the service, I am very disappointed that Coggin dropped the ball this time around... especially since we had just bought a brand new truck 5 days ago from them.

RecommendedFriendly, courteous, and helped me out right away when my car battery died on vacation.
We had a great experience getting our Highlander. Rick Scott was a wonderful salesman and kept us updated all the way through and sent us pictures when it arrived. Rick never did any of the hard pressure sales that many places use, he provided us with the information and showed us all the vehicles we wanted to look at and until we found just the perfect one. I will go back to Coggin when I am looking for another vehicle. Thank you Rick and the finance team.
