Mike was my service adviser and did a super job. Got me in an out with in the time he gave me.
Extra warranty salesman lied about actual coverage. Never buy the extra warranties. Ever. My mistake for dealing with "sales people".
I really enjoyed my new car buying experience at Coggin Toyota. The professionalism of the sales staff and management is impeccable. They didn’t beat around the bush or play games. We went straight to the numbers and I got right value for the dollar amount what we both agreed on. No arguments about the car’s total price or down payment. Very profession and easy process. Only took a couple hours to finish the deal. Left with the vehicle the same day!!! Best car dealership in Jacksonville I’ve purchased from so far.

Bought my Toyota Corolla back in November from my dealership in Newport, Oregon. Since then, I have traveled all the way to Florida visiting other Toyota’s for maintenances. Hands down, best Toyota I’ve been to. Fast, and friendly service. Most deffinately going to make this the dealership we go to! ☺️
The sales process and salesman was wonderful. However the 2014 Jeep Cherokee I bought had issues 2 days after driving it off the lot. I took it back, they sent it to Jeep to Recreate the issues it was having and claimed they could not. Meantime the car is still lurching and running rough at start. I placed a call to the used car sales manger and left a message, and have yet to get a phone call back.
