RecommendedAshley is awesome and so is the service team. I took my car in for service and when I received it back there was a noise. I brought the car back and they looked at everything, but nothing was conclusive as problematic. When I left, the noise returned. Turns out it was just a loose bit underneath the windshield wipers. Me with my terrible car luck was nervous, as to what could possibly going on with my car, but their great detective work and figured it out. The dealer side is great this is the only place i have been to buy cars but that service side is horrible!!! I arrived there at 2:00 for a simple oil change which i was told was just a hour wait at the max.. i didnt get finish until 430 and the only reason i was done then is because i got up and asked what was taking so long on my oil change! And to top it off the only reason i went there was because i received an email for a coupon for a oil change to be 34.95 regularly 49.95.. But after they tack on all those unnecessary c... read more
