Very easy to make appointment for my wheel alignment. Service staff greeted me immediately. Everyone was friendly & efficient. Very nice waiting area with multiple caffees & creamers. Work performed on my car was excellent. Improvement: Email conformation of appointment. Had to call to confirm.

this place is very nice, good attempting in all....
Today I had the worse experience of my life buying a car. Our sales associate Elmer very nice and profesional but the cuban sales manager very unprofessional, arrogant and dis-respectfull . He sugested we did not complete our homework like must of the buyers. Sugesting we were stupid for asking for a discount while negotiating the full price during the first 5 min inside his office. Before leaving their location I let the manager know how arrogant and unprofessional his behavior was.

having problems with my battery in my Rav4. I pulled in the service bay around 5 on Friday afternoon. I was directed to a service writer and was told it would be about an hour . I pulled out at 6:10 with a new battery. Everyone was very helpful. They even apologized for it being longer than an hour . I will take my car back for all my service needs.
