Brought my Prius for oil change and recalls. Chris my customer service advisor was excellent and the car was done earlier than expected.
We had met Matt one day while we were at dinner and told him the difficult situation we were in. He assured us he could help, and indeed he was able to pull off what no other dealer could. We not only had a great experience with him, but made a real friend as well. Thank you for everything!
Went in for an oil change. I am not happy with the “up sale” recommendations. Especially those not warranted. Had I bought everything that was “recommended”, I would have spent over $700.00.
