I had a reservation at 3PM and when I got there they stated that it was gonna be 3-4 hours before they were gonna be done. Can the automation phone say they have call outs? Or something to alert customers? If I have a reservation. The expectation is that there should be no wait.
Overall experience was good, had extra work done outside of my appointment after multi point inspection was completed. The work was completed by the end of the day and was completed perfectly, I just had to sit at the service center all day. Only thing I’d add to make it a 5 star experience is just to offer a Lyft or uber back home if the added maintenance is going to take more than 3 hours. Good experience otherwise.
On time, done right, and I’m happy! Andre my service guy, was knowledgeable, professional, and made it all happen perfectly! He’s exactly the kind of person I want to be there when I need service!
