I had an apt that I missed, but I was able to get my car serviced within 5 minutes of walking through the door. Excellent customer service!! Dan treated me well and was able to explain to me what services I needed for my first service since purchasing my vehicle.

We found ourselves at the dealership under less than pleasant conditions. Were driving to a family funeral in S Florida when we had car issues. Turns out we needed an alternator. Rafael was extremely understanding and comforting. Helped get us a car so we could make the funeral in time. He went out of his way to help and comfort us. Blessings Rafael!

I lease accord been doing business with them for about 10 yrs they have always taken care of me I live in Ocala and made the trip because honda up here could not help me bren and all the staff treat me well
