Came in to look at a Bronco they already had ready for me, ended up leaving with a different one (sorry😬) Dallas was awesome through the whole process! No pressure, just helpful and straightforward. am extremely disappointed with Coggin DeLand Ford’s service. I scheduled a mobile service appointment online for 7:30 AM and expected them to pick up my vehicle. By 11:00 AM, no one had shown up. I spent the next six hours calling, only to be sent to voicemail, transferred around, and given no answers. After all that frustration, I was forced to rebook my appointment for the following morning at 7:30.
