Constantly losing channels or getting the pixel snow on some channels. Went through three agents with two with very poor english. Like talking to 5 year olds, wasted an hour to get another receiver. Got better but not fixed. Contacted to cut services, a million questions later and again three agents. Got offfered a rate cut. Told them they should of offered me a dicount when I was a customer of almost thirty years.
Im paying for internet, yet I don't have internet.
I tried calling Cogeco sales, technical support and store on Jul 13,3026 at 2:20pm and none of their numbers work. What is this shit? I lose internet connection every single month once or twice. My wife and I work from home. Today, I had a big meeting and missed it due to internet problems. Please fix it asap or give us our money back.
