Co.Fit has been the first gym I’ve truly felt comfortable and not treated as just another number. I love the fact that I can show up to each gym session and everything is planned out for me. The classes are small so I’m always getting help with technique which I love.The facilities are great and I love that I can bring my kids along. Everyone is so welcoming. I’m currently doing the 8 week challenge that is ran through the gym and loving it! Thanks Jake and your team for everything so far.

I’ve been so moved to write this review because Co-Fit Studio is, without a doubt, the greatest gym and community space I have ever been a part of. I’ve just hit seven months as a member, and it has been the most rewarding, supportive, fun, and life-changing experience.
