I’ve been a member here now for 4 years. I originally joined after back surgery to get my fitness back and have been consistent ever since. I love the family vibes, accountability and friendships I’ve made along the way. If you’re on the fence, please contact Jake for a trial and hopefully you love it too
Co.Fit has been the first gym I’ve truly felt comfortable and not treated as just another number. I love the fact that I can show up to each gym session and everything is planned out for me. The classes are small so I’m always getting help with technique which I love.The facilities are great and I love that I can bring my kids along. Everyone is so welcoming. I’m currently doing the 8 week challenge that is ran through the gym and loving it! Thanks Jake and your team for everything so far.
