The motel is conveniently situated just on the outskirts of town, offering easy access while maintaining a quiet setting. However, the condition of the furniture in the room was extremely disappointing. Several pieces were broken, torn, and clearly neglected—far below acceptable standards for guest accommodation.
Friendly, happy, helpful staff. Close to restaurants and the city center. I would stay there again.
Clean and moderately spacious. QB was nice. The bathroom at the end was adequate. The room was showing its age with a crack down the wall. But it did for the night. It was 'value for money'.
We booked 2 rooms. No hot water in the evening and none in the morning. But surely there was someone to contact regarding the issue, right? No after-hours contact and no way to contact reception..... But hey, the bathroom would have been nice to use, if I wanted a cold shower. Come stay at the Shearwater, where our motto is: come, stay, stink.
