I purchased my items on 26 December, as of 11th of January I still have not received my items, it took more than a week to get the tracking number after escalating to their support, at this stage they’re showing 13 of January arrival. Even with the Christmas break concessions, its now almost 20 days of wait time 🤡.
Miss quoted order and only supplied part of the order did nothing to remedy it, cost me $$$ and my customer didn't get there bike for the weekend....They are drop shippers any way so give them a miss
I'm very happy with the helmet I purchased - it is exactly as described in the online store, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived.
