Had a CYSTCOPY under Doctor Neil Joshi on the 24th October 2024 .haven't recovered. Ive now got to go to Lismore hospital for urgent urine strictures surgery. Late march. I also was given a extra incision down there. Due to nurses having trouble fitting a catherter. First 6 months. Ice bags on . Massive Swelling. And 30 minutes sleep at night. ****EDIT: The bulk billing option was clearly for consideration, an option that was recommended by my GP, not me. I would not have had a problem paying fees as I had previously spoken to them about costs etc. before I sent in referral. The secretary said specifically that my 'NEEDS WERE NOT IN DR JOSHI'S EXPERTISE.' Happy to share the message. Bulk billing has nothing to do with 'expertise.' I recommend to avoid Coffs Medical Specialists. It's extremely difficult to reach the office by phone, and when you do, the receptionists are exceptionally abrupt and unfriendly. If a voicemail is left, your call is never returned. If you visit the practice, the young girls at the front desk will greet you rudely and treat you as if you have disrupted their day.
