When travelling through Coffs we had a rear Shock failure. A big Thankyou must go to Kipp and Chris who went above and beyond to get the part up quickly. Their communication and service to us was outstanding. To be only held up by 2 days while on an extended tour was excellent! Not forgetting the mechanic who came in on his Saturday morning to repair it. Thanks again.

Brought a 2013 husaberg fe501 from them back in 2014 after they had been open around a year and have had excellent service from them with it untill last year when i brought a 2025 450sx.(still have the husaberg).10 years great service and look forward to another 10years !
Todd and the staff went to exceptional lengths to help me in a way that showed their true commitment to service excellence! I'm a difficult biker to sell to, being a bike mechanic for 40 odd years. Todd really showed me that real old school quality sales and service is still alive in Coffs Harbour today. 👏👏👏 Well done everyone!
