Worst management experience in my life. Endless broken promises.
Don't book with this company! Turned up for our Easter long weekend holiday booking to find the house covered in mould. Chopping boards, saucepans, TV unit, stair banister - every wooden surface in the house, particularly the kitchen. We spent the first day and half of our 3 day trip dealing with it. Rather than a holiday, we were worried about our health. The staff on-site were apologetic and helpful. Stayed three days would have liked to stay there longer,great place,great for families,all facilities spot on,had the firepit blasting away, highly recommended
Would like to pre warn potential owners to look elsewhere for property management. Constant issues with accounting, duplicate cleaning invoices, unpaid monthly statements. Cleaning not completed before new guest arrivals. Damage to property not identified, no pre arrival or post stay inspections. Huge staff turnover, meaning any issues don't get fixed, currently chasing duplicate cleaning over charges from 6 months ago and no end in sight.
Family Holiday Ruined - Be warned.
