Hi guys, We had the Santa fe booked in for the first service today. The lady greeting us in the rain was a dream instructing us where to drop the car and directing us to the service section. Baz was immediately offered a coffee while I gave the keys to the fellow at the counter. I instructing him of the issue I had with the rear door and sat down. We recently purchased a Hyundai Kona and needed to book it in for its first service. We called and left a voicemail, and also sent an email, but received no response at all. This lack of communication is very disappointing, especially after making a significant purchase. We expected better follow-up and customer service from a dealership.

I bought my Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from Abbey Rose and had a positive experience. The problem came when I had a service in Feb 2025 and told the service guys the reverse button was blistering and the horn would only work intermittently. They told me they would order the parts and advise me when to bring it in. As we are moving away from the area I rang and spoke to Brock who assured me he would find out what was happening and ring me back. He didn’t.
