We recently purchased a Hyundai Kona and needed to book it in for its first service. We called and left a voicemail, and also sent an email, but received no response at all. This lack of communication is very disappointing, especially after making a significant purchase. We expected better follow-up and customer service from a dealership.
I bought my Hyundai Tucson in 2021 from Abbey Rose and had a positive experience. The problem came when I had a service in Feb 2025 and told the service guys the reverse button was blistering and the horn would only work intermittently. They told me they would order the parts and advise me when to bring it in.
