I disagree strongly with the Last commentator. My experience with Coffs Harbour health campus has not been f faultless but I assume that this is because humans are imperfect (and we might comment here that the previous commentator is certainly imperfect in their outlook and attitude) within the limits of human abilities I would say that the service offered by the vast majority of the staff at the hospital is fabulous. Admitted to ER late on 25/10/23 with erratic heartbeat and I was wired up. A bunch of men and women then came and told me to strip. Highly embarrassing! What if I'd been a younger woman and menstruating? Frequent passing water I was told to lie on the bed on a bedpan but I refused and nurse made me wait so long that my insides were searing hot. I am sick of hearing the system is broken from what I experience staff have a lot to think about. chatting flirting and stuffing around do it on your own time at what point do the staff take the responsibility. Absolutely taking the mickey they wonder why they get aggravated patients . Do you ever see a tradesman stopping to flirt with their tools or the machine they're fixing, the younger generation has a crap work ethic and the hospital is the last place we should be seeing it.
