Very disappointed by the lack of compassion shown by Dr Alok Tiwari. I went with my partner because he couldn't move his arm. Like a lot of men, he won't walk into a GP's office unless he's extremely concerned — he told the doctor he couldn't lift his arm, that even a light touch caused excruciating pain, and that he'd already seen another GP but wanted a second opinion.
