Wouldn't let me do my mental health plan through telehealth while I am experiencing debilitating agoraphobia. I qualify for the service, but I was told that the doctors wouldn't do it because they didn't want to.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience. After my blood test results were ready, I received a call from the doctor, but unfortunately I missed it. I returned the call and was advised that the doctor would be informed that I was expecting a call back. When the doctor called me back, he discussed my blood test results and the treatment plan.
