Don’t take your car there if it’s under warranty - they won’t do it! I’m a new resident in Coffs and was looking for a mechanic for myself and my partner. I called to book an appointment, as my warranty company suggested them (they don’t have specific providers in this area). The moment I mentioned the word “warranty”, I was dismissed straight away because they “didn’t feel like” dealing with a warranty job. The interaction felt rude and unhelpful.
