Don’t take your car there if it’s under warranty - they won’t do it! I’m a new resident in Coffs and was looking for a mechanic for myself and my partner. I called to book an appointment, as my warranty company suggested them (they don’t have specific providers in this area). The moment I mentioned the word “warranty”, I was dismissed straight away because they “didn’t feel like” dealing with a warranty job. The interaction felt rude and unhelpful. We had a driveshst CV joint boot drop most of the grease from the top CV joint and we're heading towards the Sydney tunnel and didn't want to chance it exploding and being on the six o'clock news blocking the tunneI with a LC200 and caeavan. I checked the Google reviews for some of the automotive shops in Coffs and Coffs Harbour Automotive was very well reviewed. I rang and spoke to Mick and he was able to slot us in within a few days. Best mechanic in coffs hands down. Can't recommend a more honest and reliable mechanic. He WILL NOT charge you for work that doesn't need to be done and has always had a quick check of the car and provided excellent mechanical advice free of charge! Highly recommended these guys.
