I popped in today to inquire about getting a winch installed on my 2025 GWM Cannon XSR, specifically wanting it mounted behind the factory steel bumper which already comes with a winch cradle built in from the factory. Unfortunately, the staff member's mannerisms made it pretty clear he wasn't interested in the job and was simply too busy to help. When I mentioned the factory winch cradle, he tried to argue that it didn't even have one, rather than actually checking or offering to put one in or suggest any kind of workaround... read more
