Went there today for a gastroscopy very simple and quick procedure. Told to be there at 12 midday. I and wife arrived at 11.30am. Early. Did paperwork at front desk. Then sat down in front office. Nurse came out and took me into be triaged that was at 12.15pm. Was triaged and changed into gown and head net. Then had to sit in small waiting room with another patient waiting to go to theatre.
