Underwent cataract surgery in this very professional facility.
What a pleasure it was to be here for a proceedure. All the staff were so positive and professional also the Doctors made time available to talk to patients. It was very reassuring and very relaxing. I will certainly come here again if need be.
I took my father who has dementia in for eye surgery today. The nurses and admin staff were all exceptional- so professional, efficient and understanding of the complex needs my Dad has. From our initial check in to his discharge, our experience was nothing short of amazing. His nurse Emily couldn't do more to care for Dad - she even helped me get him into the car following his procedure. The Day Hospital seemed to work like a "perfectly oiled machine".
