Absolutely disheartening. They label it a sanctuary, yet it's far from it. Dolphins swim in cramped, algae-stained tanks, forced to perform for an audience. Genuine sanctuaries don't exploit animals. Reports of sick dolphins made to perform are concerning. I left upset, not inspired. Avoid this place.
Im not one to knock small business but this is not a sanctuary. It’s an animal park with dolphins in dirty tiny tanks, that are exploited for money including paid interactive experiences. Please don’t come here. They may claim fake awards but they’re one of only 38 venues world wide that still hold dolphins in captivity and do shows.
I found this visit extremely disappointing. They claim to be a sanctuary, yet it felt far from it. Dolphins in cramped, algae-filled tanks are still used for shows. Real sanctuaries don't exploit animals for entertainment. Misleading conservation message; I left upset, not inspired. Not recommended.
