Useless at answering the phone! Been on hold for 30 minutes only to get hung up on. Called back and got transferred twice because it keeps bouncing between departments. Finally reached a “leave a message” line… and it hung up again. 😤 All I’m trying to do is change my service to a diagnostics booking! I’ll try again later today — but not holding my breath. 🙃
Terrible. Took my car there for service and when I got it back, I noticed lots of scratches on the car. They offered to polish the scratches, but could still see the scratches after they polished it.
The team at Coffs coast Kia service department are fantastic. They are friendly, honest and always make things easy. My car was looked after really well and the service was quick and stress free.
I will never take my vehicle there again.
