Wow. These guys.. so first time I took my van in. Ok ignition switch was a bit sticky. I told them not to remove the key but that message wasn't received by whoever did the work .it's was a back break fix..however they said they couldn't get the parts in time although they had 3 days. They snapped the ignition key. They had to get it fixed and to get the van back I had to pay approx 350$ for auto electrician and sent me away with no brakes fixed. Horrible noise from rear of vehicle towing a caravan with 350 Km to go. Asked them for help and 30 min later all fixed. Said it was simple, just a rock. No charge. Can only highly recommend. Thank you.
Extremely poor service and customer communication, I have had my iveco in to them for a third time to repair the electric windows, the first time it was only booked for a day which didn't leave enough time for the repair so it was rebooked and this time they had it for four days, they still couldn't fix it, I was told they need it for another day and dash would have to be removed to find the issue so it was booked again for not one day but two and after having it for a few hrs I was called to say they couldn't carry out the ... read more
