Arrogant and cold.
Dr Becker is good but the receptionist "Ivette" is extremely rude and cold. She very clearly lacks empathy. I'll never forget how frustrating it was to have to communicate with her.
Arrogant, rude man and his staff were not much better! I was told to stop watching TV programs that put ideas in my head that there was something in my lip. I have not watched any such program but zi do know my body and my face! I look at it several times a day and know when something is not right!

Doctor Gerrie is as professional as you can get and he is good with his knowledge in his field and with patients. I had much relief with my problem from consulting with him
