The best
I've stepped foot in many gyms but Evolve has to be the most welcoming, non-judgemental environment I've trained in. Members are inclusive, the facilities are great and programming has something for everyone. I am relatively new to many of the crossfit movements but I have never felt out of my depth or unsafe doing anything at Evolve. Evolve is a ‘non negotiable’ for me! I absolutely LOVE my morning class, a highlight of my day! So happy and so blessed I am to be a part of such an amazing community that loves health & fitness, is so positive and so encouraging, Coaches are amazing, the facilities are 5 stars! I’m so grateful to belong here.
The gym is great because of the care taken with the equipment. However, the class times aren't ideal if you want to prioritise sleep or finish work after 6 pm.
