So friendly and supportive….not judgy at all…great for a not very athletic overweight person….coaches are great very safety conscious, knowledgeable and scale so you wont do anything silly…we now have friends who want to come when they are in town..NYE spent doing a family session……one of the most sensible thing ever done is going…..
