I was a first timer booked for 4:15pm on the 4th Feb. I walked in at 4:10pm and was told it would be a short wait. No issues, delays happen. It got to 4:30pm and another customer with hair down his back got up and sat in the chair, requesting a new makeover with his family filming the cut. I knew this would take forever and I ended up telling the female worker to cancel my appointment. I think what annoyed me the most, was the staff couldn't have cared less.
