This used to be a family business that stood behind their work and product…no longer so. My Rolex watch needed an overhaul, and the Coffrin salesperson suggested their expert watchmaker would be faster and equally good vs. Rolex USA. The overhaul price was high, $1020. vs sending to Rolex, but I went ahead to get it back faster.
