RecommendedFriendly, helpful service and a good selection - Meredith and the rest of the staff were great to work with!
The entire staff was so kind, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain everything in depth. From the eye appointment, to spending so much time helping me pick out the perfect pair of glasses they were helpful every step of the way. Would highly recommend!

We arrived from Medford late last night. When my husband, a physician, woke up this morning a screw had fallen out of his glasses and and the lens had fallen out. He arrived at your clinic at 9:45 and waited outside. There was only 1 other patient and 2 employees. Your employee REFUSED to simply put the screw back in his glasses citing being too busy. I’m so sorry we were unable to help you on Saturday. We were technically not open at all, and we had only two employees there specifically to address our specially scheduled patients by appointment only. During COVID, it has been challenging to keep patients separated by time and space for everyone’s protection. Normally, we would have scheduled some time to work with you if we had been open, and we wouldn’t have charged you for the repair. Michael & crew are wonderful! Dr. Coffman has wonderful bedside manners, and really CARES about each patient!!!!
I’ve had an appointment here twice now and have been called back within minutes of my arrival both times (versus another office in town that I went to that called me back 45 minutes late both times!). In addition to that, Dr Guiley is fantastic. I felt that he was very thorough and very kind throughout my exam. Ans they’re open for a half days on Saturday’s which is very helpful! I highly recommend this office :)
Great experience getting my glasses and eye exam. Dr. Coffman was super nice as was the staff. Will be coming back for my back up pair
These guys are more interested in selling you stuff than taking care of your vision.
