We had a rapist climbing to a 2nd floor assaulting a lady in her bed, multiple car breakings, one lady commited suicide here right in the apt. facing manager's office, manager doesn't return tenants deposits even when they clean their apt. upon leaving spotless. Manager acts nice, but she's not.
