Absolutely awful experience. Employee was highly resistant to allowing me to look at the nutrition information for the protein shakes when I requested it, I had to ask a second time in order for the woman to let me look at it. I made a comment about the low sugar content to try to diffuse the tension, her response was ~ well, I could have told you that. Customer service was fun and bubbly the first few visits. The children's hot chocolate was on point and my daughter loves being greeted by Spencer the coffee shop dog. The owner seems a bit unfriendly and reluctant to accept small parties or reserve shop space for potential new customers without charging an hourly fee for the reservation. Current employees working at the shop aren't aware of the fee, therefore this fee is not properly relayed to customers looking to do business in the coffee shop.
