5-stars, (except Facebook has decided to hide the stars thing). Cheery place filled with friendly helpful people. "Los", the Espresso Engineer who examined my Gaggia Classic could not have been nicer nor more helpful or thorough. Tested flow, pressure, temperature and scaling in no time at all, on the spot. It turns out my 7 year old machine still has to go back in for some rehab, but they have me in a repair queue and will call me when my turn is up so I still have use of my Gaggia till then--super helpful process. Best coffee this side of San Francisco. Roasting done onsite, lots of samples, shaded patio, cool merchandise, small lot for street parking. In a city full of coffee houses, Texas Coffee Techs is a real standout.
These guys always take care of me, and super quick. Just today I called, and left a voicemail that I needed something looked at on my machine. I was on the road to my business, and they beat me there! They are honest, nice, funny, and wonderful people. I'm lucky to have them around.
