I'm in Coffee Rush almost every morning, and I'm not posting this because I'm a fanboy, but because the REASON I go almost every morning is because hands down they are the best coffee house I've been to in Arizona. Since then I've come to know most of the baristas. We know each other by face and by name, they remember my regular orders, and the 30-second conversations when I'm in line are always a good time. I'm completely appalled by the behavior of one of the baristas working tonight. I witnessed the man behind the counter make an insensitive comment to a customer in regards to their gender. The barista completely insulted him, and I don't blame him for dumping his coffee in the trash. I will not be returning to this location. I wish I caught the baristas name because he should not be working for this establishment if he has enough nerve to treat a customer the way he did tonight.
