I've been going to this place for about 5 years now. The prices are inconsistent. Two of the people in here do some of the best nails I've gotten across Austin and they are not the ones that charge the inconsistent prices. Make sure that whoever does your nails is who checks you out at the end. Otherwise you will be surprised every time just as I am every time. I would not recommend this salon. The tools were not autoclaved and the nonmetal files had clearly been used before. I requested almond shape and some of the length taken down. During the service I mentioned two nails were not pointing straight, the shape was oval rather than almond, and the lengths of each of the nails did not match by several millimeters. I am not sure where my first review went, but I am editing my review so others do not waste their time or money. I decided to stop by Coffee N Nails because I was in the area. I was greeted by being asked to pick a color. I let the man who greeted me know I wanted a gel mani and pedi. He handed me the basket with color options, I chose one then when I got to the chair the lady asked if I was getting dip done. The man doing my nails was rude and unaccommodating. He refused to put tips on my natural nails without cutting them even though I’m trying to grow out my natural nails. He also Was laughing at me being on my phone in a patronizing way and it made me uncomfortable.
