Martha and Laura are wonderful people and since the 1st day we met them they have been so helpful and attentive to our needs. They set up two demos with us when we were in the market for a coffee/cold beverage/paper good/equipment supplier. They demonstrated how to make so many drinks and we even got to taste all of them. I love that this is a family owned company. I spoke with Martha the other day about coming down to check out their warehouse. Laura showed me around and told me what they had to offer. Laura let me sample some products that I was interested in. She was very helpful and easy to work with. Thank you!

As a supplier of parts to this company we have found Coffee International to be abusive. They have ordered parts from us with accurate descriptions and then complain because they didn't read the product description. Then they make false allegations that the parts are not as described and make a credit claim and fail to return the items they ordered. It's dishonest and a refusal of this company to take responsibility for decisions they make.
