It was really good for a quick blow dry. I wanted to make another appointment and I had a question, tried calling many times and nobody would answer.
I've been coming to only this blow dry bar for a while now, even purchased the VIP package, only to find out after 8 months that things I was told were included in the package are not actually included. Very disappointed. The individual stylists and front desk staff have always been very kind and professional, but to find out things haven't been done correctly after 8 months and to be told "oh sorry", was very unprofessional and lacking good customer service. I found my happy place! I really look forward every week to come down here and get my hair washed and blowouts by Andy. He is the BEST hands down. I had a 30 hour labor after one of my blowouts and my hair looked impeccable! Literally looked like I had it done that moment. So that goes to say that his work is AMAZING! He is also super funny and amicable, if you’re an energy person . I promise you he always gives the best energy. I love , love Andy !
