I have never been here before. I stopped at Jumpin' Java & they were PACKED. No place to sit and there was still a line! So I came down to The Coffee Grounds a couple blocks down. WOW. The place was practically empty. Seating is not conducive to a single person. The only "single" tables are in the middle. All the bigger ones on the outskirts (what's up with that?!). The Coffee Grounds The location of Coffee Grounds is great...in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. In the summer you can sit out on the sidewalk and enjoy your cup of coffee and people- watch. In the winter inside is cozy and always busy. Their coffee is delicious. The staff is so friendly and always glad to see you.
Wonderful ambiance This is the best coffee house in Grand Haven. The ambiance is wonderful. They serve fresh coffee, tea and deserts daily. Their prices are cheap and they offer a punch card too. It is a great hangout place.
