Recommendedvery friendly staff everything is delicious. I recommend dried beef gravy and Scrapple . I totally hands down give them 5 stars
Atmosphere was nice and nostalgic. Portions were very small and the plates even smaller. You couldn't eat your food without it falling off the plate onto the table. Also there are up charges for EVERYTHING that are not listed on the menu. I was charged 25 cents extra for rye toast as an upcharge.... Ridiculous and it wasn't listed. Prices appear reasonable at first glance but after seeing the portions and the"surprise" charges at the register it's a no go for me.
Love the relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, great food, especially the "mess"!
So...my dad was a lifelong daily customer here. When he got sick & lost his ability to speak; the Coffee Cup was there for him - right up until the day he died. He could come in, sit at the counter, be included in the daily banter with the regulars & get served his breakfast without having to order it!!! Love this place!!!!! (BTW - had a fantastic breakfast at the counter yesterday! )

I've eaten at the coffee cup many times! It provides great service, nice menu variety with delicious breakfast and lunch options, a clean and friendly atmosphere AND you can watch the cook prepare your meal from your seat! Order a MESS! Highly recommend.

Stopped in to this restaurant because the line was out the door of a nearby restaurant. Boy are we glad we did! Being from NY we can be a little critical but this place knocked our socks off! The food arrived at our table so quickly (and the restaurant was busy) and it was delicious! We had eggs Benedict and we loved it! Our “waitress” was one of the owners and her husband was the chef. She was a delight ! So happy we stopped here!

We love the food, especially the scrapple �, but..the coffee is NOT up to par each time I’ve gone. I do love my coffee. It’s watery and not flavorful. Everything else is great though�. AND it’s not CASH ONLY anymore�.
