I ordered a caramel apple cider. It was powder right out of a packet, mixed with water. I was really disappointed. I had expected real cider. Next time I'll save my $3.48 since I already have the same mix at home.

We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our caramel apple cider. We have recently changed our drink recipe to using a caramel and cinnamon syrup with our cider for better consistency. We previously had used a sauce, which made it thicker and may be why you have noticed a change.
I love love loved it. Was in town from Lexington KY for a softball tourney and needed coffee. I’m a huge McDonald’s coffee fan and I decided to drive on by McDonald’s and give this place a try..... let’s just say I returned two more times before coming home. Had to make a stop about 8:30 pm to get me through the drive home. I will be back the next time I’m in town for sure! I recommend the Fat Free white chocolate americano with a hint of cream!!
