Properly train their staff(Hailey) to read each page of the application completely and not paraphrase to trick prospective tenants out of their deposit😡. She stated the only way my daughter couldn't be refunded her deposit is if she had a felonious background. She lied and the Manager was no better. She was rude as can be. Very bad management.
I love the apartments. Management and maintenance staff are very prompt. Would recommend to my friends.

I looked at a lot of places, Nigual was exceptional to work with and helped me in every way. The grounds are very nice and the apartments are immaculate clean and quiet. I love living here and it's peaceful and quiet.
