Only at Coffee Creek in Edmond do you have mushrooms growing through your carpet and your hot water closet that is SUPPOSED TO BE WHITE is COVERED IN BLACK MOLD THE ENTIRE CLOSET IS BLACK. EVERY ROOM IN THE APARTMENT HAS BLACK MOLD that has been reported since november and has yet to be treated. Kids cant even sleep in their own room because there is a pool of water in the floor. This is the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They do not care about the people that live here. The man that lives above me has absolutely destroyed his apartment yet they do nothing about it. he screams at all hours of the night even though he live by himself. He smokes in the apartment all the time. Two weeks ago he caught his apartment on fire. They have done nothing about it. RecommendedI been living in coffee creek since 2013 and loves it here the staff is great the apartments are huge. there's no problem they won't solve.Don / Megan /Emily are great ppl the whole staff are great but these 3 are my favorite they know me by just my voice😄😄💜the floor plans are fabulous play grounds all around the apartment complex 2 nice size pools and more .come by check one out 💜💜
