The girl that was watching here i phone. Couldn’t serve me because she was by herself. With no customers inside
Had a muffin and latte. Both were pretty good. Service could have been better, but wasn’t bad for me. There were at least two other customers having a bad time though.
The QR code wasn't working and neither were the ordering kiosks. Instead of politely providing notice to patrons awaiting their opening the staff were very short and dismissive to customers.
Very few coffee shops can achieve this kind of rock bottom. You need a whole new staff. That was borderline traumatic.
The workers were extremely rude and ignorant to our complications of our drinks. They messed up everything and failed to help us. I would never recommend this place to anybody even if it may come down to the last resort for caffeine. We were there for an hour waiting for 3 drinks and they were still ignoring us. I have never been so disappointed in my entire life at a coffee shop. -2/10. For a hot coffee, an iced coffee, and a black tea… it was absolutely disgusting.
