I walked in and before I could even speak, a staff member asked me to wait, then disappeared into the kitchen. After a few minutes of standing there confused, I realized the kitchen connects to the refreshments market, and the person who suppose to make coffee is also the cashier. And this drinks&snacks shop, selling water, chips, and yogurt, has suggested TIP options at checkout, never in my life seen a convenience shop asking for tips.

I went here for a cup of coffee for me and my bf but no one was there. An hour later my bf went back and she still wasn’t there. So he went to Starbucks instead. I walked back there with my Starbucks coffee and used the milk since Starbucks was so much further and this spot was right next to us and had milk out. I can't drink milk. Paid more for oat milk with my coffee. Drink was too hot to try and I needed to get to my gate. Realized it was milk and had to throw away the drink. There goes $10

Tastes fine, it's not anything gourmet. Hotter than hades. I ordered a cappuccino.
