Terrible customer service ! I can’t believe it, the lady get the order was terrible attitude. It's sad how hard a brand tries to stay in the market, how much can a bad experience with a service as simple as ordering a coffee damage it!
Their signature sauce really sets their food apart.
I walked in and before I could even speak, a staff member asked me to wait, then disappeared into the kitchen. After a few minutes of standing there confused, I realized the kitchen connects to the refreshments market, and the person who suppose to make coffee is also the cashier. And this drinks&snacks shop, selling water, chips, and yogurt, has suggested TIP options at checkout, never in my life seen a convenience shop asking for tips.
I went here for a cup of coffee for me and my bf but no one was there. An hour later my bf went back and she still wasn’t there. So he went to Starbucks instead. I walked back there with my Starbucks coffee and used the milk since Starbucks was so much further and this spot was right next to us and had milk out.
