I have been sitting here for 25 minutes and the place has been abandoned. No one is taking care of business. Astounding.
I ordered a Hazel Nut latte, the girl who took my order said she did not know how to make a latte. Another employee who was to begin her shift said I can’t make the latte for another two minutes. My shift has not begun. Then the Hazel Nut latte was made without the milk, which was added later, and the latte was cold. They did warm the latte in a microwave. I would suggest never to order a coffee from this place.
I never check airport reviews since I’m usually just happy to have food or drink when I get off a long flight but wish I had checked this place’s reviews before purchasing. The employee who took our order was very kind but the drinks she made were completely wrong. My husband asked for an americano and received something foamy that tasted like a latte.
