I took my 12 year old son in for his physical at Coeur D Alene Pediatrics with Dr Neff . Dr Neff was fun and professional at the same time. He took time to talk with my 12 year old son to make him feel comfortable with what can be an uncomfortable situation for young boys. My daughter just got her cast off, and they sawed into her arm. My daughter was screaming from pain, and they never stopped. When the cast came off, and we all saw that they had sawed into her arm Dr. Beth Martin of CDA Peds just said "Oh that rarely happens." No compassion, just business. Something of which you don't really want to see with your children, your babies, your own flesh and blood. I thank Doctor Martin for putting a cast on my girl. I'm not taking my children back to CDA Peds.
Staff at all three offices are kind, professional, and thorough. They’ve been especially great about scheduling those last-minute emergencies, and I’m so grateful they have Saturday and evening appointments.
We bring our son there and all the appointments were on time. Staff is always very friendly and check in is really easy. We recommend it!

My Husband and I have been very impressed with both our pediatrician Dr. Jerkins as well as all the other staff, nurses and admin team. Everyone has been wonderful which was a huge blessing when bringing our newborn in for the first time and his follow up appointments. Everyone is organized and efficient and I always feel heard. Their communication is great too!
